Crossroads Medical Center was established in 1998 by Dr. Carl Moritz. We are proud to be one of the few remaining independent practices in the area not owned by a hospital or large healthcare group. Our philosophy is personalized medicine, where we treat each patient as the unique individual they are. Practicing personalized medicine empowers our patients, and allows us to maintain our elite customer service. We were awarded the Patient Choice Award (2011-2016), and Compassionate Doctor Award (2011-2017). At Crossroads, we are proud to provide excellent care to the Boulder area.
Call us or stop by and our friendly and experienced staff will make sure you always feel comfortable, safe, and well informed. Whether you need to schedule your annual check-up, manage a chronic illness or need to schedule the same day for an accident or illness our goal is to provide you the best care possible. We offer preventative care services, women's health, urgent care, DOT physicals and workman's comp services. Please note we don't provide routine health services to children under the age of five.
We are also proud to offer internships and shadowing opportunities to pre-med students. The Boulder community
is brimming with bright minds. We hope that we can be a part of fostering the next generation of compassionate health care providers.

Georgianne Cotton, PA-C
Family Medicine and Women's Health
Georgianne “Gigi” Cotton, MCMSc, PA-C is a Colorado native. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a proud Buffalo. Ms. Cotton received her Master of Clinical Medical Science and Physician Assistant studies at Barry University. Here she had the unique opportunity to study in the US Virgin Islands—a community where “hurry” is not in the vocabulary. This experience provided the foundation for her patient centered care model. She graduated as a proud member of the Pi Alpha Honor Society. After spending time providing care for underserved communities in Sacramento, CA, she returned home to Colorado and joined our practice in February 2017. She provides a wide variety of services to her patients, including female health, outpatient medical management of eating disorders, and DOT physicals. She values spending time listening to your health concerns, goals and treating the patient as a whole.
"I have been going there for 20 years. Because of my age I have seen many doctors and medical practices and this is #1. The practitioners have a lot of experience in the field not just in the office. They give you the time it takes to
diagnose your problem."

"I have learned to trust Gigi (Georgianne Cotton, PA-C) extensively. She is dedicated to patient care. She shows compassion in everything she does."
Mark H. (Health Grades)
"What a fantastic experience. Knew I was a cash patient and immediately saved me money by referring me directly to the hospital for blood work rather than having their office manage that aspect of my care. As long as I am in Boulder, I will have them look after my health care needs."
